As a small business, last-minute cancellations or reservation changes can significantly impact our operations and the livelihood of our staff. We ask that any cancellation or change to your reservation be made no less than 24 hours prior for groups up to 4 guests and 48 hours prior for groups 5+ which applies to all reservations regardless of circumstances, including COVID-19-related issues, we want to assure you that this decision was not made lightly, but it is crucial for the continued operation of our restaurant. For no shows, late cancellations or last minute changes to your reservation you will be subject to a fee of $25 per person that will be applied to the credit card on file.

Cakeage Fee Definition

A cakeage fee is a charge applied for bringing an outside cake into our establishment. This fee covers the cost of serving, handling, and cleaning.

Fee Amount

The cakeage fee is $5 per person.

Notification and Agreement

Customers must inform the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to bring an outside cake.

By bringing an outside cake, the customer agrees to pay the applicable cakeage fee.

Unfortunately we do not allow guests to bring their own decorations into the venue as we are located on a rooftop and open to all types of weather. Balloons, confetti and costumes are strictly prohibited.

Please note that certain tables and sections of the venue are weather dependant and bookings may be subject to change or cancelled without notice due to weather. In the event of extreme weather conditions, the entire venue may be forced to close and all affected bookings will be notified.

Bookings of 9 guests or more must opt into our set menu which can be located on our “EAT” page, this also includes reservations that have been amended prior to the booking or on the day. Your table will be reserved for 2 hours for bookings with 1-4 guests and 2.5 hours for bookings with 5+ guests. We are unable to allow one group to have more than one booking in the same day - If you would like to extend your reservation time, please contact the team to discuss further at hello@sunsets.space. Please note this is subject to availability.

Smart casual dress code. Costumes are strictly prohibited.

Whilst we do always do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee specific seats/ tables. Please note, our venue predominantly has a combination of high seating and lounges and our furniture cannot be rearranged upon request.

Effective August 1, 2024, access to Sunsets will be restricted to individuals aged 16 and above from 3pm on Saturdays & Sundays.

Yes, the venue is chair accessible via lift access through reception.

Duration: It is a 2 hour package that is available to order between 12pm - 1pm. Guests are expected to arrive promptly to maximize their allocated time.

Pricing: The Bottomless Sundaze price includes a banquet + unlimited servings of select beverages items as outlined in the menu.

Reservations: Reservations are highly recommended to guarantee seating availability. Walk-in guests will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

Identification: Guests must be of legal drinking age and be able to provide valid identification upon request. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual without proper identification.

Beverage Service: Bottomless beverages will be served responsibly, and guests are expected to drink responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or disrupts the enjoyment of other patrons.

Sharing: Bottomless items are intended for individual consumption and cannot be shared with other guests who have not purchased the bottomless option.

Sundays have a 10% surcharge & Public Holidays have a 15% surcharge.
